Wild flowers I saw today

With half an hour before bath time and my camera at the ready, I hoped to find 10 wild flowers...

Common Dogwood / Cornouiller sanguin

Greater stitchwort / Stellaire holostée
Buttercup / Bouton d'Or
Herb Robert / Herbe à Robert
Bluebell and speedwell /
Jacinthe des bois et véronique des champs

Clover / Trèfle

Daisies / Pâquerettes

Crosswort / Gaillet croisette

 ... after 20 minutes the battery ran out on my camera and my "ten thing" theme had been thrown to the wind. Who would have thought we had 'meadow vetchling' growing in our lane?

    A good idea thos ten items. You are very learned in flower names too. Some of them are so different from one language to the next. Et quelles fleurs cultivez-vous?

    Admittedly, I didn't know even half the names. But we sat down with an identification chart and good old google... it's amazing what you can find when you start looking.
